Three-day event featuring 19 teams and 20 games will be headlined by Dream City Christian’s Ikenna Alozie, ESPN’s No. 11 prospect in the Class of 2026
The Grind Session is set to tip off this weekend in Phoenix.
Ikenna Alozie, ESPN’s No. 11 prospect in the Class of 2026, will headline a field filled with future college and professional talent. The 6-foot-3 guard plays for Glendale’s Dream City Christian, one of 13 boys teams participating.
The showcase will also feature six girls teams, highlighted by Class of 2026 sensation and Team USA gold medalist Jacy Abii. The highly recruited guard stars for Legion Prep out of Texas.
Ten Arizona programs are competing in the showcase: AZ Compass (girls), AZ Compass Grind (boys), Bella Vista Prep (boys and girls), Dream City Christian (boys and girls), Eduprize Prep (boys), PHHoenix Prep (girls), PHHoenix Prep Grind (boys), and Taylor Made Prep (boys).
The showcase opens with six games on Friday, continues with eight games on Saturday, and concludes with six games on Sunday.
