Emma Slack Sets Grind Session Record with 11 Three-Pointers in a Game

Dream City Christian junior Emma Slack made history on February 1st, setting a new Grind Session record for three-pointers made in a single game. Playing on her home court in Glendale, Arizona, Slack knocked down an astonishing 11 three-pointers, surpassing her own previous record of nine, which she set last season.

Slack’s shooting performance was remarkable, going 11-for-19 from beyond the arc and finishing the game with 35 points and four rebounds. Despite Dream City Christian falling to cross-town rival AZ Compass 101-67, Slack’s sharpshooting had the entire gym on its feet with every deep shot she drained.

Having played basketball since third grade, Slack continues to develop into one of the premier shooters in the Grind Session circuit. With another season still ahead of her, she has the opportunity to further cement her legacy as one of the top long-range shooters in high school basketball.

Stay tuned for more updates on Slack’s journey and other standout performances from the Grind Session!
